We can help from the ground up by coordinating design /engineering services including structural, electrical and HVAC.  We have working relationships with several area Architects available to work with you as a team for design-build projects. 

Construction Cost Estimating

Our digital computer technology and an extensive database of suppliers and pre-qualified contractors assures reliable, accurate estimating for your project.  We provide detailed estimates and reports with real costs based on our thorough bid and proposal processes. 

Approval Coordination

Our knowledgeable staff can assist you in obtaining the various approvals you may need at the local, county or state levels.

CONSTRUCTION SERVICES:

Project Management

Once construction is ready to begin, our General Construction Team meets on-site with the Project Superintendent and subcontractors to discuss scheduling, proper job execution, and client requirements.  This is followed by regular inspections and job progress reports to you.

Cost Control

We utilize the industries foremost software package to meticulously maintain control of your project.  We identify variances between estimated costs and committed costs and make recommendations to minimize disparities.  Change orders are processed promptly to prevent surprises.

Contract Administration

We meet on a regularly scheduled basis with you to review the contractual requirements and provide updates as required.  Depending on the project complexity selected, subcontractors, architects, vendors, and engineers may also be in attendance.

Project Completion

When the project is complete, you can depend on prompt and courteous follow-up service.  We remain committed to you and your building.
