Al is directly responsible for coordination and control of all construction related activities including representing the firm’s field personnel for the owner, the architects, engineers and consultants. He is an expert in project estimating and scheduling utilizing the latest industry software available.  He directly hires and supervises all project managers, field superintendents and subcontractors.  Al comes with over thirty years of experience at all levels of management including carpentry foreman, construction superintendent, carpentry subcontractor, and general contractor.  Experienced in all facets of Construction Management. Past projects include commercial interiors, new building construction, historic building renovations and additions, retail store fit outs as well as a variety of medical and pharmaceutical projects.

Mrs. Imhof is directly responsible for company financial accountability to include accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, insurance, and taxation. She provides direct support to the Director of Construction for projects in progress, contract administration, and budget analysis.  Mrs. Imhof is additionally responsible for pre-construction services to include subcontractor and vendor pre-qualification, purchase orders, and permitting.
